If you are working with asphalt, we have a wide range of asphalt rollers.

Our selection is big with our smallest model that ”only” compacts 50 mm and up to our largest model in this category that compacts 800 mm.

We have road rollers and single drum vibratory rollers up to 20 tons – many of our road rollers have oscillation (VIO), environment friendly stage V motors and biooil.

With the VIO-drums we can give you the benefit of:

Compaction on all surfaces – because VIO compacts up to the rolling edge, and that means no time consuming static crossing
No over compaction of the soil at low amplitude since the VIO drum uses a tangential oscillation
When oscillating, the subsurface is massaged by the tangential oscillation from the drum so that you can (among other things) avoid water being pressed towards the surface as it does when doing traditional compaction
When compacting with oscillation, you avoid vibrations because the rolling edge stays in contact with the surface, which means that you can minimize subsidence damages in sensitive and developed areas
The road rollers are of course fitted with a top-notch cab where there has been no compromises in regards to comfort and safety – a good and healthy work environment is not an option at GSV, it’s a standard.

Additional attachments for road rollers:

For the bigger models, it is possible to rent a padfoot roller for the single drum vibratory roller – that is for our 7 tons and 12-16 tons single drum vibratory rollers.

We also have single drum vibratory rollers that uses oscillation technology which is ideal for reparing asphalt along already existing road paving. Instead of just vibrating and ramming, the drum makes a rotating movement that compacts the new asphalt without hurting the old paving. That helps to minimize frost damages.
