The Snorkel S3970BE is a compact bi‑energy rough‑terrain scissor lift that can operate on both diesel power and battery power, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It offers a working height of approximately 13.5–13.8 metres, a platform capacity of 350 kg, and a large work platform measuring around 1.65 × 2.71 m with a 1.2‑metre deck extension. The machine weighs about 4,090 kg and features 4‑wheel drive, hydraulic outriggers with automatic levelling, and robust non‑marking rough‑terrain tyres.
