If you want the sharpest video quality in a compact system with long range and a large screen, the high‑resolution vCam6‑HD system is the ideal choice. As with all Vivax systems, the focus is on easy operation and handling, but the self‑levelling 34 mm and 46 mm cameras provide full 1080P resolution for extremely high image quality. The screen has been increased to 9.7” (tablet size), HD cameras have been added, and the large glove‑friendly buttons have of course been retained from previous generations of the system, just as the intuitive and highly user‑friendly software has also been kept. In short, the unit includes everything a straight‑view inspection system should have, making it highly suitable as a sewer inspection camera. It is robust, supports all sonde frequencies (512/640 Hz and 33 kHz), offers large and clearly marked recording buttons, and includes a simple built‑in text generator for writing observations on the screen. Additionally, the system has built‑in Wi‑Fi, enabling the video feed to be transmitted to a phone or tablet (Android and iOS). On the mobile device, you can record or take photos and then send them directly to the customer without involving the office or a computer. This highly versatile system performs well in pipe diameters from Ø75 to Ø300 and up to Ø500 when using the large wheel skid, which includes additional lighting. The unit features a built‑in Li‑Ion battery that tolerates partial charging and does not lose capacity if left unused for a period. Battery runtime is approximately 5–6 hours.
