Böcker ALP LM620 S4.2 is a robust and versatile material lift in Böcker’s classic LM series. The lift is designed for safe and precise handling of materials, both indoors and outdoors, and is characterized by high operational reliability and long service life thanks to its strong aluminum construction. The model has a lifting height of approximately 6.23 m and a maximum load capacity of 300 kg, making it suitable for a wide range of installation and assembly tasks. The construction includes four stable wheels with brakes, optional side outriggers, a mechanical hand winch with automatic braking, and an innovative chassis that allows one person to set up the lift completely without the use of tools. This is achieved through a system of spring locks, plug‑in connections, and ball‑lock pins.

Typical tasks

• Lifting and positioning heavy materials up to approximately 300 kg.
• Installation of ventilation systems, piping, and technical installations.
• Assembly work, such as mounting steel profiles, beams, girders, and structural elements.
• Installation of solar panels on roofs and façades.
• Work within exhibition and stand construction, where larger elements must be lifted and held precisely at height.
• Lifting materials in confined environments, e.g., in technical rooms or through standard doorways (transport width approx. 0.76 m).
• Safe handling and stabilizing of components during assembly, thanks to precise manual winch control.
