Pallet Forks for Crane

The BÖCKER PG 1000A is a lightweight yet robust aluminium pallet fork designed for crane lifting, developed for safe and precise handling of palletised materials on construction sites. The fork is constructed in aluminium to minimise its own weight and maximise payload efficiency, and it comes equipped with a safety chain as standard to ensure secure lifting operations. The model offers a 1,000 kg load capacity, an overall height of approximately 1,850 mm, a tine length of around 1,109 mm, and stepless tine adjustment in the range of 440–910 mm. Load balancing is easily achieved by repositioning the crane eye, allowing the fork to be adjusted to the load’s centre of gravity — a feature that enables quick and stable positioning even when handling pallets of varying heights.

Typical Tasks

• Lifting and moving palletised building materials (bricks, blocks, tiles, boards) from delivery areas to the installation location via crane.
• Handling materials on confined or uneven construction sites, where the crane’s reach and the fork’s load‑balancing system ensure safe and precise placement.
• Working with varying pallet sizes, supported by the ~1,109 mm tine length and the adjustable tine width of 440–910 mm.
• Frequent lifting operations where payload efficiency matters — the aluminium construction provides a low tare weight (approx. 62–66 kg depending on configuration), resulting in higher effective lifting capacity for the crane.
